About Me
After working as an online business manager / online project manager for the past 12 years, I decided to change my focus from managing people and projects to creating systems and processes using the most exciting project management platforms and online collaboration tools available now.
Most of my clients are software (SaaS) organizations, entrepreneurs, and small businesses shifting to bring their systems online. Most of them have been my clients for years and some are clients I’ve worked with in the past. I provide customized digital infrastracture using Clickup for businesses that want to run their organization remotely.

Training Workflow
for a Customer Support Team
- When a new team member joins the team, they are setup for onboarding in Clickup.
- They go through a series of lessons and tests to learn how to use the software and handle customer tickets and escalations.
This was created for a DIY website builder software for restaurant owners.
Client Onboarding Workflow for a Marketing Agency
- When a client signs up for a service (eg. SEO), they are set up in Clickup using a template task that can be re-used for new clients.
- The task contains intructions to create a Client Folder containing the workflows of the service/s availed.
- Each "service workflow" contains an easy to follow SOP for each task within the workflow.
This was created for a Marketing Agency that offers SEO, FB Ads, and Google Ads Services.
Case Filing Workflow for Immigration Firm
- When someone books for an consultation/appointment, the lead is created in Clickup and goest through a series of stages from the initial meeting, signing the retainer.
- Once the retainer is signed, a new workflow is set up for the specific case to prepare, file, process, and track their application for immigration.
This was created for an Immigration Law Firm.
New Book Release Workflow for Romance Novel Author
- A new book project is set up in Clickup and goes through a series of stages from writing the draft, reviewing the draft, and uploading the final draft.
- Once the final draft is uploaded, it goes through a series of tasks to launch it through a marketing campaign.
This was created for a Best Selling New York Times and USA Today author.
Clickup Onboarding Workflow for New Team Members
- When a new member joins the team, before they're invited into Clickup, they go through an "online orientation" to show them the ropes.
- They go through a series of tasks which includes setting up accounts and access they need to do their job, training for role-specific tasks, how to use Clickup and best practices.
This was created for another Best Selling New York Times author, but I've been use this format for my own team and other clients.
Workflow for In-Store Manager's Daily Task and Head Office Reporting
- Each in-store manager is given access to their "Manager's Dashboard" in Clickup. The dashboard contains all the tasks they need to perform. Each task is set up as recurring, and each task contains an easy to follow SOP/Manual. Each task links to a list in Clickup.
- Reports are consolidated into a separate "Store Dashboard" which Head Office uses to review the reports in one page per store.
This was created for an Optical Shop with multiple branches.
